We have a couple of concert dates that need to be changed...
Could you please take April 16th and 23rd OFF the calendar? We would like to move these concerts to May 20th, if possible. We would like to have our 4th grade concert during specials that day, and the 5th grade concert in the evening, so we would need to reserve the auditorium for the whole day. Please let us know if this date will work.

Hi Stacia,
It was great to meet you yesterday! I was told that you handle the calendar at Cambridge, and I wanted to confirm that these concert dates are on the caldendar. DuAnne gave Bethany and I these dates at the end of May.

Stacia,
All of the concert dates will be held in the auditorium, start time at 5:30pm. There will also be concerts during the afternoon specials times (4th graders during 4th grade specials and 5th graders during 5th grade specials) on the same dates. The 4th grade Family Fun Night on September 12th will be in the auditorium at 5:30pm. We will also need the auditorium on January 5th during 4th and 5th grade specials time. Thank you.
