At The Junior School, the Military Family Liaison -
- Helps to welcome new military families and students to our campus and serves as a bridge with the local JBSA Community and AHISD schools
- Coordinates campus tours to help new students become familiar with the school and feel connected
- Helps to coordinate military family-centered special activities around Veterans Day (November) and Month of the Military Child (April).

- Collaborates with school counselors and administration to guide families to military family resources and supports
- Sponsors Leader of Leaders, a student ambassador group who want to support all students on campus but especially military-connected students. The group is heavily trained on how to build connections and participate in service projects. They ensure that no student eats alone at lunch by inviting new students to eat with them or connecting them with other students at lunch.
- Works with the JBSA school liaison to connect military families to resources specific to their unique situation. To contact the JBSA school liaison directly,
